+ 2 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity role, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.

As a part of the Central gTech Strategy and Operations organization, you will be responsible for devising and enabling gTech's overall strategic and annual plans, analyzing metrics to drive business performance, and delivering high visibility strategic projects across gTech. In this role, you will require you to drive solutions to complex, ambiguous and high-visibility business problems and opportunities for gTech. You will work cross-functionally with finance, vertical gTech teams, and sales operations on developing plans, and setting and monitoring gTech's performance against our business goals.

You will have the opportunity to shape how we deliver customer care and drive efficiencies across a global operations team. You will "crunch the numbers", and also partner with stakeholders to think through strategic issues, and communicate effectively to drive significant strategic initiatives.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $100000 - $142000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
