As part of the You Tube Ads GTM team focused on Content, Creators, and Creative, you will enable brands to access the best content and cultural moments, created by the world’s most trusted creators. By helping brands master the language of You Tube, we deliver sustainable outcomes for our clients, our creators, and our viewers.
You will serve as a strategic partner reporting directly to the pillar lead to drive unmatched operational efficiency. In this role, you will unify disparate data streams across our critical cross‑functional teams—including Premium, Content, Creator, and Creative—to deliver centralized business intelligence that links insight to action and galvanizes our product and commercialization roadmap.
Key Responsibilities- Unify disparate data streams across Premium, Content, Creator, and Creative pillars to deliver centralized business insights, working across Ads and You Tube PM, Regional GTM, Sales Specialists, and You Tube Ads GTM.
- Transform complex business data into actionable strategies that directly galvanize our product and commercialization roadmaps.
- Design standardized operational procedures and leverage AI and advanced tooling to automate procedural tasks and weekly updates, maximizing collective team productivity.
- Collaborate as a strategic partner on critical, executive‑facing cross‑functional work streams, translating complex visions into high‑impact slides and narratives.
- Partner directly with the pillar lead to navigate complex business needs, scale team efficiencies, and streamline cross‑functional communication. Serve as a vital culture carrier by leading initiatives that improve data‑sharing, team well‑being, and general enthusiasm for our roles in alignment with Google values.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
- Master’s degree, MBA, or an equivalent advanced technical/analytical degree.
- 8 years of experience in business operations, management consulting, business intelligence, or strategic program management.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role, driving cross‑functional alignment and managing complex stakeholder networks within a global enterprise organization.
- Experience navigating highly ambiguous strategic goals and translating them into clear, actionable data objectives that directly steer product or commercialization roadmaps.
- Distinctive analytical skills with a deep understanding of data visualization platforms, infrastructure scaling, and the evolving digital creator economy.
