- Serve as a liaison between end users, product management, and business units to gather and document high‑level epic and feature requirements with guidance from senior team members.
- Develop and launch products that deliver value to clients and the organization.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the quarterly product roadmap and presenting updates to cross‑functional teams and leadership.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, continuously reassessing priorities based on business and client needs.
- Communicate product goals and vision to development teams and adapt priorities as updates occur.
- Collaborate with business analysts, engineering teams, and User Experience (UX) designers to align solutions with client requirements.
- Advocate for users and clients through voice‑of‑customer research, user interviews, observation, UX testing, and validation activities.
- Support cross‑functional teams in developing user guides and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with stakeholders.
- Support project teams during design, development, and Quality Assurance (QA) testing by clarifying high‑level requirements and product functionality.
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Strong experience with Agile software development methodologies, including QA, UAT, and UX, required.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem‑solving skills required.
- Experience communicating technical concepts and data to multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams required.
- Familiarity with data visualization and documentation tools required.
- Healthcare experience in a provider, supplier, or consulting environment highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel.
