• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in project management or a customer‑facing role.

gTech Ads provides media and technical services for customers across our Ad product portfolio. In this role, you will lead, execute, and contribute to organization‑wide initiatives and cross‑team projects that drive efficiency and impact for the Knowledge and Information Management Cell (KIC) and gTech Users and Products (gUP). You will collaborate with stakeholder teams to ensure initiatives yield measurable results and break through silos to establish best practices.

• Create project plans, execute projects, and recruit subject matter experts in the field. Produce cross‑KIC points‑of‑view to support executive decision‑making and influence gUP‑wide projects.
• Manage and activate projects across different levels of the organization within KIC.
• Create measurable outcomes for project success measurement and report on them.
• Work with executive stakeholders to secure buy‑in, give progress updates, and sign‑off projects across varying scopes.
• Leverage data to draw insights about business opportunities and help drive decision‑making.

US: $114,000 – $164,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
