* Minimum qualifications:

* + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
+ 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
+ Experience in people management.

In this role, you will lead the team responsible for Strategy and Operations (S&O) with executive leadership for gTech Users and Product's Technical Solutions and Insights team (gUP TSI). Your team specifically will run S&O support for the gTech AI Must Win and gUP's Next Gen technology portfolio. You will have an opportunity to shape how gUP launches support solutions, how we provide support, how we drive efficiencies across a global operations team, and develop scalable processes with the user at the center.
