* + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

+ Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.

+ Experience creating insights using business analytics, and presenting findings and recommendations.

* + MBA or Master's degree.

Experience with or at large enterprise organizations, responding to, coordinating, and managing a large number of executive stakeholders.

+ Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level.

+ Experience building lasting relationships and a proven ability to meet and exceed goals in a changing environment.

+ Experience driving strategic assessments across products or regions to address opportunity areas and recommending a way forward alongside resource requirements.

+ A proven ability to be successful in a complex, globally-scaled product, sales and engineering environment.

* + Develop hypotheses against complex opportunity areas, synthesize findings into actionable insights, and drive action to power the business.

+ Communicate recommendations to executive stakeholders in a structured and compelling manner.

+ Develop, run and maintain business operational cadence and processes to improve business performance.

+ Own large, complex projects and be responsible for end-to-end outcomes and deliverables, while proactively identifying new opportunities to drive business growth.

+ Support regional teams in issues to enable a common set of processes and insights.
