Executive Coordinator
The Executive Coordinator plays a critical role in advancing The Nature Conservancy's mission in Colorado by serving as a trusted administrative and operational partner to the Colorado State Director and the Colorado Development Team. This position provides high-level executive support, manages key administrative and organizational processes, and helps ensure the effective coordination of leadership, philanthropy, board engagement, and donor stewardship activities.
This is a hybrid position, with an expectation of working in the Boulder, Colorado office a minimum of two days per week.

The Nature Conservancy's Colorado team is seeking an Executive Coordinator who enjoys supporting others to make a meaningful impact and excels at building relationships, managing complexity, and anticipating needs before they arise.
In this highly visible role, you'll help translate priorities into action by coordinating executive operations, supporting board and donor engagement, and enabling conservation-focused work across Colorado's mountains, grasslands, rivers, and forests. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with exceptional judgment, strong communication skills, a commitment to service excellence, and a passion for creating seamless processes that enable others to do their best work.
Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience or equivalent combination.
Experience generating reports, and analyzing and interpreting data.
Experience managing the schedule and contacts of a senior leader.
Experience with database management.
Experience working across departments.
Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experiences are appreciated.
Ability to implement complex processes.
Ability to use existing technology to achieve desired results.
Demonstrated experience using diplomacy and tact to build strong relationships and motivate staff.
Experience coordinating projects.
Experience interpreting guidelines to achieve desired results.
Experience supervising staff, interns and/or volunteers.
Strong organization skills, accuracy, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Successful experience implementing strategic program goals.
This position requires a valid driver's license and compliance with TNC's Auto Safety Program. Employees may not drive Conservancy-owned/leased vehicles, rental cars, or personal vehicles on behalf of the Conservancy if considered "high risk drivers." Employment in this position will be contingent upon completion of a Vehicle Use Agreement, which may include a review of the prospective employee's motor vehicle record.
The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $80,000 - $85,000. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience.
Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
