SUMMARY
:
Provide support to the school's coaches and Athletics Department.
The following tasks describe the basic functions of the job. The following frequencies and percentage of time spent are approximations only.
- Maintain the athletic department master schedule of all home and away events and coordinate the schedule with Cherry Creek School District's master schedule. [Daily, 20%]
- Schedule event management personnel (box office, ticket takers, concession stand personnel, scorekeepers, clock operators, etc.). [Daily, 20%]
- Assist the athletic director with tracking the athletic department budget. [Daily, 20%]
- Complete purchase orders for signature. [Daily, 20%]
- Assisting the athletic director with athletic eligibility forms. [Daily, 15%]
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. [Daily, 5%]
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic interpersonal skills.
- Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire.
All certifications, licenses, and registrations must be valid and unexpired.
