The Residential Roofing Production Manager is responsible for executing projects after sale, ensuring efficient, safe, and profitable delivery from contract through completion. This is a production-focused operations role, not a sales position.

• Take projects from signed contract through completion
• Order materials and coordinate deliveries
• Schedule crews and manage production timelines
• Monitor job budgets and cost controls
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and field crews
• Ensure safety, quality, and BRW standards are met
• Resolve field issues and document job progress

• Roofing or construction production management experience
• Strong understanding of residential roofing workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Organized, decisive, and team-oriented
• Roofing experience strongly preferred
