Schedule:

This is a project-based position – we estimate 10–40 hours a week depending on workload and candidate availability.

Location:

In person, Boulder, CO.

Compensation: $18–$25 per hour, starting DOE, plus HIMALI Store Credit, Industry Pro Deals, and opportunity for company ownership.

• We are looking for a dynamic and well-rounded individual – broad skill sets are encouraged.
• Proficient in Graphic Design using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other commonly used graphic design tools.
• Preferred candidate has a proactive, “jump‑in, get‑feet‑wet” attitude while being able to follow directions on creative projects. Flexibility and a positive attitude are a must.
• The ideal candidate must be a good communicator that is able to give and take positive feedback.
• Well organized.

• Design graphic images and animations for email, website, newsletter, print catalog, social media, retail signage, and other physical and digital assets.
• Takes design projects from conception to delivery.
• Reviews work for accuracy and quality and produces creative, high‑impact designs.
• Maintains brand consistency throughout all marketing projects.
• Stays up-to-date with industry developments and tools and disseminates this information.
• Delivers results on time in a dynamic startup environment.
