Cinematic Architectural & Lifestyle Video Project - Denver Area

Project Overview

Skilled videographer/editor to capture high-quality, cinematic footage of a luxury residential space featuring architectural design, lifestyle interaction, and product details. Content will be used for long-term marketing across social, web, and advertising channels.

Primary Shoot

• June 29 - Summer Shoot (Full Day)

Additional Seasonal Footage

• Winter and Spring - 2-hour shoot per season
• Dates to be determined
• Subject to homeowner availability

• One (1) full-day shoot on location
• Capture cinematic, high-resolution footage (4K preferred)
• Film the retail space or home, homeowners, architect, lifestyle interactions, and architectural details
• Videographer must provide all equipment:
• Camera
• Lenses
• Gimbal
• Drone (required)
• Audio gear as needed
• Deliver clean, modern, premium-quality edits suitable for social and web
• Videographer will lead and direct the shoot
• A detailed creative brief and shot list will be provided

Cinematic Short Videos (All videos delivered in 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1 formats)

• Two (2) 60-second videos
• Two (2) 30-second videos
• Two (2) 15-second videos

A curated library of fully edited and color-corrected clips, organized into the following folders:

• Product – Exterior
• Product – Interior
• Testimonials
• Lifestyle & Interaction
  • Human moments
  • Use of space
  • Experiential shots
• Technical Detail
  • Profiles
  • Tracks
  • Corners
  • Thresholds
  • Hardware
• Operation
  • Opening
  • Closing
  • Locking
• Drone / Scenic Footage
  • Surroundings
  • Approach shots

• Minimum of five (5) edited clips per folder
• Clips delivered without music or text overlays
• Each clip trimmed, stabilized as needed, and ready for future marketing use
• Includes any high-quality, usable clips not featured in final videos

• $1,000 – $2,000 per project
• Compensation based on experience, portfolio quality, and scope alignment

• General liability insurance required
• Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be provided prior to the shoot
• Coverage must be suitable for outdoor and winter filming conditions

• Travel expenses are not included
• Travel costs are the responsibility of the videographer
