Social Media Designer

We are seeking a talented Social Media Designer to create engaging motion-forward content for a dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently and produce high-quality multimedia designs in a fast-paced environment.

• Design and produce motion-first social media content, including short-form videos, animations, and static assets.
• Edit and animate videos using motion graphics and sound design to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with various teams to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging visual content.
• Apply brand guidelines and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and incorporating feedback effectively.

• 6+ years of experience in social media, motion, or multimedia design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
• Advanced skills in software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Deep understanding of platform-native content and short-form video storytelling.

• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services.
• Familiarity with paid social creative and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, including captioning and color contrast.

The pay range for this role is $37 - $72.47 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
