Responsibilities
- Collaborate as well as work independently to develop and craft powerful creative concepts and executions of assigned projects across a variety of mediums, including print, social, digital, outdoor, TV, radio.
- Communicate effectively and work closely with all departments as a team player to ensure the creative needs of agency clients are met.
- Manage multiple assignments across multiple clients.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt your ideas to fit client needs and strategy.
- Build compelling decks for client presentations and pitch work.
- 5+ years of agency experience is a must.
- Excellent conceptual and design skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
- Comfortable working under pressure and able to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong collaborator.
- Strong concept and strategy development skills.
- Manage multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Handle all facets of production and post-production with minimal supervision.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
