JOBSUMMARY
The Front Desk Team Member is essential to providing an awesome customer experience and drives our mission to share our passion, create community, and inspire philanthropy, while ensuring the gym provides a space for our community where everyone feels welcome. They are hard-working, inclusive, passionate individuals who love to share their enthusiasm for climbing, yoga, and fitness through excellent customer service.

- Solid understanding of customer service skills that enable transformative, purpose-driven moments.
- Clear and effective communication to supportcollaborationwith others.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solvingskillsto creativelyfind solutions for customer needs.
- Comfortableadapting toweb-based programs and registers.
- Experience in teaching educational programs and/or experience in the outdoor/climbing industryan added benefit.
- Regular evening/early morning and weekend availability required.
- This is a part-time position.
- Starting at $19.50 with flexibility based on experience.
- Benefits include free membership,in-gym discounts,guest visits, and retail discounts.
- New hires will complete a screening process.
- Scheduled shift times may vary from week to week or month to month.
