Veterinary Client Service Representative, CASE

Client Service Representative at Colorado Animal Specialty & Emergency (CASE) in Boulder, CO. CASE provides specialty and 24‑hour emergency veterinary services. Our 35,000 sq ft hospital is staffed by experienced medical professionals, board‑certified specialists, and dedicated veterinary care. Mission: preserve and enhance the human‑animal bond through exceptional service, innovative medicine, community partnerships, and nurturing client relationships.

In this role you will be the face of CASE for clients as they check in for appointments, wait in the lobby, and are discharged. You are a crucial member of our hospital team.

• Full Time
  • 4 × 10‑hour shifts or 5 × 8‑hour shifts
  • Weekends required

• $19 – $21 per hour, based on experience and skills assessment
  • weekend differentials
  • overnight differentials (after 7 pm)

• Provide high quality customer service that meets or exceeds client expectations
• Facilitate admission of patients
• Support doctors and support staff as needed
• Assist with euthanasia paperwork and provide compassionate service to owners experiencing loss and grief
• Collect deposits for appointments and procedures
• Communicate patient progress/owner updates to clients in the lobby
• Answer client questions while in the lobby
• Schedule future appointments/follow up as needed
• Sign in visitors and vendors
• Continuously seek ways to improve service delivery to clients, ensuring respect and compassion
• Assist with onboarding and introductory training of new team members
• Perform daily cleaning of front desk/lobby area—wipe down surfaces, sweep lobby, etc.
• Maintain coffee and supplies for client use
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for a 24/7 emergency hospital

• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) required; fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• Ability to multi‑task and produce quality work while making effective decisions
