About the Role

We are hiring for Spa Concierge positions (Full Time and Part Time) to provide the ultimate guest experience at The Woodhouse Day Spas, America’s best day spa. The role involves welcoming guests, offering personalized service, handling phone inquiries, and ensuring a memorable and seamless visit.

• Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
• Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience, including a warm welcome, introduction to the locker room and amenities, and helping them have a seamless experience
• Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
• Acts as a brand ambassador, ensuring the guest enters a clean, safe space with appropriate lighting, music, and scent
• Remembers small details that make The Woodhouse special—guest favorite drink, preferred treatments, birthdays, and anniversaries
• Serves as backup for the leadership team, ensuring smooth operations when they are busy attending to larger responsibilities

Compensation: $15.00 per hour.
