Looking for a strong Lead Customer Service Representative in our Lafayette office off 287, to handle phones and communications with our customers. Answering questions, completing estimates with the owner, scheduling work in our service focused repairs and renovations company. Consistent upbeat, positive attitude is a must. We’re growing our team to continue to be one of the most well-respected home repair and maintenance companies in the country.
We’re looking for a friendly and outgoing office professional for our fast-paced office, with a strong attention to detail.

- Lead management and scheduling – you will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for our Service Professionals
- Making recommendations and managing expectations with customers – you’ll communicate with customers to guide them through their projects and assist with managing their expectations
