Volunteer Opportunities Include:
On-goingActivities:
- Lead residents in a variety of songs.
- Start movies, pop popcorn, serve beverages, clean up.
- Fill in when a caller is needed.
- Play an instrument with or for the residents. Set up equipment for concerts and put away equipment.
- Set up, conduct spelling bee, and take down.
- Only on the weekend, conduct the puzzle packet with residents.
- Create and pass out flyers and other announcements to residents.
- Time and day vary with the event. Help with decorating, other setup, help residents who are unable to get refreshments, take down, and clean up.
- Talk about your travels or scheduled activity.
- Can be 1 time or ongoing.
- Introduce residents to a new language.
- Every Monday up chairs, play video, and conduct the discussion group after.
