Customer Support Specialist

Location: Boulder, CO

Duration: 6-month contract

Compensation: $22–24/hour DOE

Position Overview

This is a heads-down, detail-driven support role focused on data entry and order processing within a fast-paced customer support environment. You’ll be supporting the CSR team by entering and managing customer order data in Salesforce and SAP, helping keep everything moving accurately and on time. Ideal for someone who picks things up quickly, stays organized under pressure, and isn’t afraid to ask questions to get it right.

What

You’ll Be Doing
  • Enter and manage customer purchase order details in Salesforce and SAP
  • Review incoming documentation and ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Support order fulfillment by assisting with date management and item availability confirmations
  • Help set up RMAs (returns) in the system
  • Communicate clearly with Customer Support Reps and leadership on order status and requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams via email as needed to keep processes moving
  • Take on additional administrative and support tasks as needed
What They’re Looking For
  • 1+ year of customer support, inside sales, or contract/admin experience preferred
  • Exposure to manufacturing or B2B environments is a plus
  • Experience with ERP systems like Salesforce or SAP strongly preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Self-starter who can learn quickly and handle tasks with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills across teams and channels (email, phone, in-person)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Additional Requirement
  • Must meet ITAR compliance requirements (U.S. Person: U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Asylee, or Refugee)
