Lead Customer Service Representative – Boulder, Colorado
KJUS, part of Acushnet Company, is dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences across wholesale, e‑commerce, and sales representative channels.
Responsibilities- Primary trainer for Customer Service New Hires – on‑boarding, training, and communication.
- Document, maintain, and improve customer service policy and procedures.
- Monitor KPIs for customer service excellence and collaborate with the Customer Operations Manager to reach targets.
- Manage accuracy, availability, and data integrity of inventory across all business systems.
- Provide consistent support and direction to team members for timely, accurate handling of customer and sales rep inquiries.
- Answer phone calls and customer emails to address concerns professionally.
- Evaluate, process, and complete warranty claims.
- Work with 3PL partners to ensure end‑customer experience meets KJUS standards via order prioritization, inventory allocation, and process development.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product lines as a resource for the team.
- Ensure accurate, timely fulfillment and shipment of orders.
- Support trade show booths and occasional golf or ski events.
- Enter and process pre‑book orders and provide sales, product, pricing, and inventory data.
- Assist sales, operations, and marketing with general administrative support and order processing.
- Maintain customer files, orders, correspondence, invoices, and payments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of e‑commerce or customer service experience.
- Client and service oriented, reliable, and flexible personality with a high dedication to service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Extended periods of sitting and/or standing; occasional lifting.
- Passion for the outdoor sports industry.

Pay Range: $55,098.00 - $66,076.00
