- Greet all customers promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries and requests, asking clarifying questions, identifying service needs, resolving concerns, and selling additional services when appropriate.
- Provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner.
- Answer customer telephone calls promptly and courteously, making every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry.
- Review all completed work and recommendations and collect payments from customers.
- Proficiently use Dealer Management System (DMS) and related software to look up service history, schedule appointments, enter repair order information, and manage customer data.
- Provide excellent service and review the customer satisfaction survey with each customer.
- Experience in a dealership or automotive service environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with an ability to handle a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with dealership software.
