Forum Phi Architecture | Interiors | Planning is seeking Architects and Designer with 0-5 years of experience for multiple positions in our Aspen, Carbondale and Denver offices. Degree in Architecture or related field required. A high level of technical competency preferably in 3D modeling software required.. Salary commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities- Lead team and conduct client meetings
- Design, documentation and construction administration
- Mentors and trains team members
- Responsible for budgeting, staffing and schedule for projects and teams
- Acts as client point of contact
- Manages and coordinates consultants
- Proficient in Archi Cad and can mentor the team with technical questions
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience 8 + years related experience
- Proficiency in 3D design and modeling software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience managing teams and multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong technical expertise related to design and construction
