Job SummaryBoulder Medical Center (BMC) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physiatry / Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) to join our multi‑specialty care team. Ideal candidates will deliver high‑quality patient care, diagnose and manage conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible patient outcomes. Physicians with an entrepreneurial mindset who are motivated to build and grow their practice while contributing to the continued success of our organization are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive medical examinations and patient assessments.
- Diagnose and manage conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and therapies as clinically appropriate.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records.
- Stay current with medical advancements, evidence‑based practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in practice development and community outreach initiatives to support patient growth and engagement.
- Strong clinical skills with a patient‑centered approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to continuing medical education and professional development.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Current medical licensure.
- Board certification or eligibility.
