Job Summary

This temporary research assistant will be working on the Wildland Firefighter Well‑being Project with an interdisciplinary team.

Who We Are

The College of Arts and Sciences at CU Boulder is the intellectual core of the university, conducting research, scholarship, creative work, and education in more than 60 fields. Our research generates new knowledge, solving some of the world’s most critical problems.

The college leads nationally in undergraduate and graduate education in the natural sciences, social sciences, and arts and humanities, bringing extraordinary research and scholarship to our students, both in and out of the classroom.

Responsibilities
  • Attending weekly team meetings
  • Leading two papers for publication, one an interdisciplinary paper for a science audience, and one a paper for a social science audience
  • Coordinating with team members to obtain needed contributions for publications
  • Acting as corresponding author with publishing venues
  • Finalizing publications for submission and attending weekly team meetings
What We Can Offer

The hourly rate for this part‑time temporary position is $40.00.

Benefits

Temporary positions at the University of Colorado are not benefits‑eligible, however, all positions are eligible for paid sick leave.

What We Require

PhD in Anthropology and experience in a postdoctoral position.
