We have an amazing opportunity to hire a Teacher in our Infant Classroom for up to 26 hours per week.

The Boulder JCC Early Childhood Center is designed to enhance the social, emotional, linguistic, cognitive, and physical development of each child. The school offers opportunities for exploration and discovery in a constructivist-based, educational environment. Each teacher strives to nourish children’s innate sense of wonder, curiosity, imagination and self-esteem.

We are looking for a full-time infant teacher who is passionate about high quality infant care. We are looking for someone who is committed to being a part of our community and supporting constructivist-based, Reggio-inspired learning for the infants in their care. Our classrooms operate with teaching teams who are invested in working as a classroom community.

This is a part-time (26 hours per week), year-round position with an hourly range of $17.45-$24.05 per hour commensurate with experience and education. Employee benefits currently include a 403(b) retirement savings plan with immediate vesting as well as plentiful time off (vacation, sick, holidays, and a full week paid at Thanksgiving.)

Our teachers work together in a co‑teaching team while performing regular duties. You will be required to sit, stand, reach, walk, or kneel, and to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.
