Starting wage: $21.00/hr – $64.34/hr (base wages; incentives may apply).
Employment type:
Winter seasonal 2026/2027. Shift types:
Full time and part time – scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume. Minimum age: 16 years. Housing: available.
- Teach group and private lessons
- Work with guests of all ages and abilities
- Deliver world‑class guest service to all guests
- Create a safe and fun learning environment
- Support all ski school needs, including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment
- Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers and riders
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum PSA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above
- Fluently communicate in English
- Comfort working with children aged 3 and older
- Weekend/holiday availability and meet minimum scheduling requirements
- Placement contingent upon successful training and meeting minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards
