Job Specifications

Starting wage: $21.00/hr – $64.34/hr (base wages; incentives may apply).

Employment type:

Winter seasonal 2026/2027. Shift types:
Full time and part time – scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume. Minimum age: 16 years. Housing: available.

Job Responsibilities
  • Teach group and private lessons
  • Work with guests of all ages and abilities
  • Deliver world‑class guest service to all guests
  • Create a safe and fun learning environment
  • Support all ski school needs, including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment
  • Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers and riders
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Minimum PSA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above
  • Fluently communicate in English
  • Comfort working with children aged 3 and older
  • Weekend/holiday availability and meet minimum scheduling requirements
  • Placement contingent upon successful training and meeting minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards
