Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license or an official COOL report must accompany your application submission
• Previous experience providing behavioral analytic services in educational settings is highly valued
• Strong collaborative and communication skills for partnering with teachers, families, and staff

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver ABA-based assessments and interventions for students at two elementary schools
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide training and support to school staff on implementing positive behavioral strategies
• Collect data, maintain accurate records, and report on student progress
• Stay current on best practices in school-based behavioral supports
