The Career Rise Team at Larimer County Economic & Workforce Development (LCEWD) is hiring a Youth Career Specialist to support youth and young adults ages 14–24 with employment counseling, job search, resume writing, and interview prep.
You will lead in-person and virtual workshops, connect with schools and community partners, and maintain accurate case documentation while delivering coordinated services. The position is full-time, hybrid, based in Fort Collins with occasional Loveland travel.
