Key Responsibilities Will Be
Legal writing faculty members prepare lectures and discussions for classes each week, design writing projects, grade and critique several writing assignments each semester, and meet with students individually several times during the semester.
This position is expected to teach Legal Writing II, which is the second semester of the required first‑year legal writing course. The first semester focuses on predictive writing, while this second semester focuses on persuasive writing.
What You Should KnowThis appointment is a full semester in residence and requires the Visiting Professor to be present on campus for the entire semester. Visiting Professors typically have past experience teaching as a full‑time professor in an ABA accredited law school.
What We Can OfferThe pay range for this position is $35, per semester, depending on the qualifications of the professor.
