The Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) provides direction for the program and classroom, implements program curriculum, ensures safety procedures are being implemented and assists in the direction and management of Assistant Teachers. ECT provides a quality experience to children and parents that focuses achievement, relationships and belonging through teaching the YMCA values: honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring.

General Physical Requirements
- Medium work:
