At Phase IV Engineering, we partner with industrial operations to modernize the way they monitor, measure, and move their data through an IIoT platform (Industrial Internet of Things), delivering intelligent IIoT solutions that drive performance.

We’re looking for a Solutions Specialist with a solid technical foundation and how-industrial-things-work experience, both in the field and in the cloud. You’ll work alongside experienced sales and technical teams to understand customer needs, explore possibilities, and help conceptualize solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the technical voice alongside sales to understand customer challenges and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.
• Dive into real-world industrial processes to uncover how data can flow more intelligently through cloud platforms and analytical tools.
• Guide customers through their decision journey, helping them visualize the impact of modern technologies, like Azure and edge computing, on their business.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and innovation teams to bring new ideas to life.

What Sets You Apart:

• Your background in industrial automation, mechanical/electrical/software engineering, or information systems.
• You’ve walked factory floors, understood production processes and machinery, and seen the potential of innovation.
• You can communicate complex ideas clearly, adapt on the fly, and help customers and partners figure out what’s possible.
