A regulated, highly engineered manufacturing site is hiring a Senior Quality Manager to lead site quality and drive key improvement initiatives.
What you’ll do:- Lead QA, QC, and Quality Engineering teams (large, multi-layered org)
- Drive quality & engineering projects across the site
- Own root cause investigations + CAPA with a focus on lasting fixes
- Champion continuous improvement across operations
- Partner cross-functionally with Ops, Engineering, and leadership
- Lead audits and ensure compliance to ISO and regulatory standards
- Proven team leadership and ability to drive execution
- Hands‑on with RCA, CAPA, and process improvement tools
- Strong background in aerospace/defense
- Familiar with ISO 9001 + military/defense standards
- Strong communication and leadership presence
