We're looking for an Assembly Integration and Test Engineer to join our team, support all assembly integration and test activities across all our programs and products. This is a hands-on role that will involve close collaboration with a cross-disciplinary team.

• Provide engineering oversight and support for the assembly, integration, and testing of aerospace components, subsystems, and full systems in collaboration with dedicated technicians
• Develop and execute test procedures, plans, and documentation to ensure compliance with technical and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including design, systems engineering, and quality—to resolve integration and test anomalies
• Support environmental testing (vibration, thermal vacuum, EMI/EMC, etc.) and analyze data to validate system performance
• Maintain accurate configuration control and documentation of hardware and test setups throughout the program lifecycle, including assembly instructions, hardware trackers, and harness drawings
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions during assembly and testing phases
• Interface with suppliers and test facilities to support test activities and deliverables
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards in cleanroom, high-reliability, and radiation (X-ray) environments

• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aerospace assembly, integration, or test.
• Strong understanding of aerospace hardware handling, contamination control, and verification processes.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership; able to take initiative, work independently, and tackle unfamiliar or ambiguous technical challenges with minimal guidance

• NASA STD 8739.1, Workmanship Standard for Polymeric Application of Electrical Assemblies
• NASA STD 8739.4, Workmanship Standard for Crimping, Interconnecting Cables, Harnesses, and Wiring
• ANSI/ESD S20.20, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Control
• Radiation Safety Training (X-Ray Cabinets)
