Sr Manufacturing Engineer
Lead capital and manufacturing engineering projects across all product families.
Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, POs, capitalization, and financial performance.
Drive cost savings, capacity expansion, and operational improvement initiatives.
Support capital equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and integration.
Execute equipment and process validations (IQ, OQ, PQ) using statistical methods.
Troubleshoot manufacturing processes, equipment, and production issues.
Develop technical specifications, SOPs, and controlled documentation.
Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Suppliers, and Contract Manufacturers.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
Must-Have SkillsBachelor's Degree in Engineering.
4+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience (or Advanced Degree + 2 years).
Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (Medical Device preferred).
Strong Project Management experience.
Financial/Business Acumen:
- Budget management
