Sci Tec is seeking experienced Integration & Test Engineers to support the verification, validation, and integration of mission-critical systems within a complex defense environment. This role focuses on ensuring systems meet operational, performance, and reliability requirements through rigorous and well-structured test and integration practices.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in system-level verification and validation (V&V), understands how to operate across multiple programs and stakeholders, and can provide both hands-on execution and strategic input to improve testing approaches and mission readiness.
Responsibilities- Support planning and execution of system integration and verification activities
- Develop and refine test strategies, plans, and methodologies aligned with program objectives
- Execute and support system-level test events, including integration, functional, and performance testing
- Identify verification gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and drive resolution
- Analyze system performance against requirements and document test results
- Collaborate with software, systems, infrastructure, and program teams to ensure integrated system readiness
- Support coordination with government and contractor stakeholders to align integration and test activities
- Provide recommendations to improve verification rigor, efficiency, and consistency
- Support preparation for internal and external reviews, assessments, and demonstrations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of integration and test processes across programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
