As a Systems Engineer on our team, you will work with Booz Allen colleagues and the military to develop and deploy the next generation of Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) systems capabilities to deliver critical information to our warfighters. Your client will trust you to develop technical assessments, integration plans, and verification plans for ground and satellite systems. You will grow your skills by researching new requirements, technologies, and threats and using innovative engineering methodologies and tools to create tomorrow’s solutions.

• 15+ years of experience performing systems engineering for space or ground programs
• Experience with management, including supporting space, ground, software, or hardware systems in Defense Acquisition Programs
• Experience supporting overall engineering integration of systems engineering and integration efforts for the DoD, government agencies, or commercial programs
• Knowledge of satellite ground system design, cloud architectures, Dev Ops and Dev Sec Ops , software frameworks, communication and networking, data processing, exploitation, and dissemination, space system operations and tasking, mission planning, space‑ground integration, or space system factory support
• Ability to lead technical teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• TS/SCI clearance
• Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or Systems Engineering

• Experience performing systems engineering, integration, and testing on space-based remote sensing systems
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
• Ability to perform multiple systems engineering and program management functions in support of design reviews and requirements verification
• INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Certification

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
