Flagship Pioneering is seeking a UAS Flight Engineer II to join a small, highly technical hardware team in Boulder, CO. You will design, build, and operate a purpose-built aerial system with co-developed airframe, autopilot, and payload integration.
You will plan BVLOS operations, tune autopilot firmware, and iterate on flight test results to achieve a hardened, field-proven platform capable of precision missions in demanding environments.
