Required Skills:

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of thermal engineering experience supporting aerospace, defense, spacecraft, or complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience with thermal analysis tools including Thermal Desktop, SINDA/FLUINT, ANSYS, or equivalent.
• Understanding of radiative, conductive, and convective heat transfer principles.
• Experience supporting thermal testing and correlation activities.
• Familiarity with CAD tools such as Solid Works or similar platforms.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Active TS/SCI clearance

Desired

Skills:

• Spacecraft or satellite thermal design experience.
• Experience supporting cryogenic systems.
• Knowledge of thermal coatings, insulation systems, and aerospace materials.
• Experience working directly with government customers.
