The Athletics Department at the University of Colorado Boulder is hiring Guest Relations Team Members for the Summer and Fall 2026 Event Season! These positions join our dedicated Guest Relations Team who assist the Athletic Operations unit with the planning and execution of Colorado Buffaloes events. As a Guest Relations Team Member, you are an ambassador between the Athletic Department and our guests on event day.
We are looking for folks that want to provide remarkable experiences for our guests, while being a part of exciting sporting and entertainment events.

Football Games:
- Weber State | Saturday September 12 | TBA
- Texas Tech | Saturday October 3 | TBA

- Kansas State | Saturday October 31 | TBA
- Houston | FRIDAY November 13 | TBA
- UCF | Saturday November 28 | TBA
- Enhance the game day experience of Buffs Fans
- Act as a liaison for Game/Event Management
- Answer fan questions
- Advise fans on game day / event policies and Folsom Field policies (e.g. permitted and prohibited items, concession locations, pregame timeline and events)
- Work various positions (e.g. ushering, wheelchair escorting, informational kiosks)
- Be generally helpful
This is a temporary, on‑call position. The position will be working on‑site as needed.
Pay and BenefitsPay rates start at $18.90/hr (some events subject to holiday rates).
Temporary positions at the University of Colorado are not benefits‑eligible, however, all positions are eligible for paid sick leave.
Qualifications- 6 months or more experience directly related to the work assignment or education may substitute on a year for year basis.
- Ability to report promptly to all assigned events.
- Ability to make decisions based on situational circumstances.
- Works well with people in a team and in a service position.
- Take direction from assigned event leadership.
