Tax Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Tax Manager with excellent client service skills to join this close-knit team. The firm serves a diverse clientele, including high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses.

• Preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and estates.
• Lead tax planning and strategy engagements for clients in various industries.
• Research and resolve complex tax issues, providing well-supported recommendations and solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on tax-related matters.
• Monitor workflow and deadlines to ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables.
• Stay current on tax law changes and professional standards; share knowledge with the team.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;
  Master’s in Taxation a plus
• CPA
• 5-10 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance, planning, and research
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with tax preparation software (e.g., CCH Pro System Fx) and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
• Highest level of honesty and integrity

Target salary range: $100,000 – $130,000+ DOE. PTO, insurance, 401K, continuing education, and more!
