As part of the branch team, the Senior Financial Solutions Guide (Sr. FSG) meets with Elevations' members and prospective members to provide account services, financial guidance, and offer value‑adding financial solutions. The Sr. FSG is an important part of the branch team that creates raving fans through delivering amazing experiences every member, every time.

• Exhibits passion for Elevations Credit Union (ECU) and demonstrates Elevations' core values, Integrity, Respect, Passion, Creativity, and Excellence.
• Engages members using the Personalized, Elegant, Accurate, Kind, and Timely (PEAK't) Service model; with care, professionalism, and the highest level of service to explore relevant solutions to members and refer to internal partners as identified.
• Originates all consumer loan type applications, analyzes member's credit reports and financial journey, and proactively demonstrates strong relationships and ethical sales practices that include cross‑sell opportunities of Elevations products and services.
• Handles account maintenance needs to include but not limited to opening and closing accounts, online banking support, fee refunds, loan payments, processing account deposits and withdrawals, and cash handling, withdrawals.
• Develops and fosters professional relationships with members and within the community to increase member acquisition and generate revenue.
• Demonstrates operational excellence through adherence with established policies, procedures and processes.
• Adheres to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations governing the Credit Union, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
• Comprehensive understanding and execution of all FSG process and procedures, as displayed through consumer lending results and low error rates.
• Engages with members to explore various business account services and offers relevant applications and credit reports, and cross‑sell relevant business loan ECU products and services.
• Participates in monthly ECU Business Certification education courses.

Senior Branch Manager

This role does not have supervisory responsibility

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of financial institution experience
• 2+ years of lending experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CUFCC)
• Current notary or receives certification within 90 days of employment
• Actively pursues ECU Business Banking Qualification

• Bachelor's degree
• Consumer and business lending experience
• Understanding of mortgage lending
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred includes $150/month bilingual bonus after passing aptitude assessment!
