Commercial Loan Officer in Fort Collins, CO

Overview:
Are you a dynamic professional with proven success in commercial lending? We are seeking a Commercial Loan Officer to join our client’s innovative financial services team. Our client is a financial institution with $3 billion in assets. With a commitment made to move away from a product-centered business model and focus instead on creating consumer solutions.

As a key player in their organization, you will be responsible for managing an existing commercial loan portfolio, developing effective business strategies, and representing our company as the preferred commercial lender in the market.

Required Skills:

• Strong background in commercial products and services
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial or business lending
• Demonstrated success in sales and production roles in the financial services industry
• Ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with cross-selling products and services
• Knowledge of current market trends in commercial lending

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a progressive financial services company

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events
• Certification in commercial lending (preferred)
