Key Responsibilities

Manage standard costing, inventory valuation, and annual revaluation
Analyze material, labor, overhead, and purchase price variances
Maintain cost structures, labor rates, and allocation methodologies
Partner with operations to drive cost savings and process improvements
Oversee inventory controls, including physical counts, cycle counts, and reserves
Support month-end close, audits (SOX/DCAA), and system enhancements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of cost accounting in manufacturing
Strong expertise in standard costing and inventory
ERP experience required; SAP S/4

HANA preferred
