Hybrid:
Employees who are able to perform the essential functions of their jobs away from an Elevations location may do so with the expectation that they are onsite at least fifty percent of the time over a two‑week pay period.

Summary

The wealth management Administrative Associate supports Financial Advisors (LPL Financial Registered Representatives) to increase productivity, ensure smooth operations, and enhance client satisfaction. They handle routine client requests, research information pertaining to securities transaction requests, assist with account maintenance, and provide administrative support.

Essential Functions
  • Supports the production of Financial Advisors by setting appointments, answering customers questions, and performing clerical and administrative tasks, including handling new account paperwork, entering customer information into a form or database, and maintaining an FINRA compliant filing system.
  • Provides customers with specific product information, research data or any other information pertaining to securities transactions they wish to perform through LPL Financial.
  • Advises customers on the status of orders and reports trade prices to customers.
  • Handles customer funds and securities, including electronic fund transfers or journals from a customer’s self‑advisory account.
Required Skills,

Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to speak and present information clearly, concisely, and effectively to both customers and key stakeholders.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable managing sensitive or confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver assignments on time in a dynamic environment.
  • Practices high‑quality service standards in all interactions with customers, prospective customers, and personnel in other departments.
  • Adheres to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations governing the Credit Union, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
Preferred Skills,

Education and Experience
  • Advanced degree in related field.
  • Two years’ experience in the financial industry.
Physical Requirements
  • Sitting frequently, walking occasionally, use of hands frequently, hearing constantly, talking frequently, exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

Full time / 40 hours per week

Classification

Non‑Exempt

Compensation

The person hired into this position will earn between $22.51 and $30.95+ monthly incentive. The variable pay component will be 1‑5%, depending on experience and performance, of gross dealer concession paid monthly, for a team trailing up to $1 MM+ in revenue. Actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant experience, time in role, skill level, and other factors and will be finalized at the time of offer.
