Program Cost Control Analyst – Level 3

Location:

Azusa, CA;
Boulder, CO; or Colorado Springs, CO. 100% onsite. 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.

• Prepare month‑end reports including full Earned Value data.
• Perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks: WBS development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/assessment, visibility reports, estimate development, variance analysis research.
• Analyze and report to ensure contracts stay within negotiated parameters and government cost‑control guidelines.
• Develop and review Estimates At Completion (EAC).
• Brief customers on monthly Earned Value deliverables.
• Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management; provide fact‑finding and negotiation support.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of business management or program control experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3 years of business management or program control experience.
• Additional 4+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• No clearance required to start.
• Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience with SAP and Cobra.
• Experience with financial analysis or reporting.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Defense industry experience.
• Program Cost Control experience.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR.
• Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Experience with Cognos.
• Experience with the 32 EVM Guidelines.
• Experience leading a team.

Primary salary range: $85,600.00 – $. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and share in company results. Employees in executive positions may be eligible for long‑term incentives.
