Summary
As part of the branch team, the Teller I serves as the face of Elevations for many of our members. This position provides account transaction services and engages with members to explore other financial needs. The Teller I is a vital part of the branch team that creates raving fans through delivering amazing experiences—every member, every time.

- Performs teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments promptly and accurately.
- Maintains operational excellence in daily teller operations, including cash balancing, opening and closing tasks, and supporting periodic cash control and audits.
- Develops good interpersonal relationships to help members feel valued.
- Adheres to all applicable federal and state laws governing the credit union, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
- Follows processes and procedures to protect members and ECU from fraud and loss.
Associate Branch Manager or Branch Manager
Required Skills,Education and Experience
- Minimum of 6 months experience managing customer service interactions in a fast‑paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Education and Experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred.
- Sitting frequently, walking occasionally, using hands frequently, hearing constantly, talking frequently, and exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally and up to 25 lbs infrequently.
Full time 40 hours per week, ¾ time 30 hours per week, ½ time 20 hours per week, or ¼ time 10–15 hours per week. Days of work:
Monday – Saturday.
The base pay of the budgeted range is $19.47 per hour, plus an annual bonus. Actual compensation may vary based on experience and other factors.
