Financial Recovery Representative III – C&I Specialty

Responsibilities

• Develop a workout strategy on classified (special asset) loans
• Responsible for analyzing financial plans, negotiating loan collection or restructuring, and recommending/overseeing litigation, liquidation or the charge off of a loan
• Work with loan officers to manage the borrowing relationship and participate in loan watchlist preparation and review
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures and comply with legal and regulatory requirements
• Accountable for risk management, compliance and audit performance for area(s) of responsibility
• Establish or work with management to develop effective controls and processes to ensure risks are measured, monitored and controlled and compliance requirements are adhered to on an ongoing basis
• Ensure staff is properly trained, provided with appropriate resources and motivated to adhere to risk management principles
• Maintain current knowledge of risk-related changes that may impact assigned area(s) of responsibility
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• 7+ years of experience in commercial or business banking underwriting, lending, or credit
