You will be part of a team that delivers a boutique-level and highly intimate experience, backed by a national fiduciary and deep bench of experts. In this developmental role you will deepen relationships with a base of clients, grow referrals, and support the Senior Wealth Advisor.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Anticipate the Senior Advisor’s needs, manage pre- and post-meeting deliverables, and prioritize workflow to maximize client growth.
- Prepare for, participate in, and follow up after client meetings to ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience.
- Participate in the development of financial solutions, gathering information and sharing results with clients as needed.
- Prepare comprehensive financial plans that reflect each client’s unique goals, circumstances, and long‑term objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal partners across portfolio management, tax, estate planning, and other specialized teams to deliver an integrated offering.
- Effectively coordinate multiple client initiatives, proactively communicating progress, next steps, and considerations to the Senior Wealth Advisor.
- Actively build technical, relational, and advisor capabilities with an expectation of increased client ownership and responsibility over time.
- Translate complex financial planning concepts into clear, client‑friendly materials and deliverables.
- Partner with the Senior Wealth Advisor to deliver an exceptional, seamless client experience focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and accountability.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory policies as well as company standards of client care.
- Act as a fiduciary, placing client interests and outcomes first.
Skills and Abilities
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (preferably Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance related);
Master’s degree a plus.
- At least 5 years of job‑related experience (Independent Advisor, Registered Representative, Securities Portfolio Manager, Financial Planner, Certified Public Accountant).
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required. In lieu of the CFP, acceptable designations include ChFC, PFS, CFA, CIC.
- Series 65 required, unless an exemption applies.
- Advanced knowledge of the industry, financial products, and financial planning concepts.
- Superior communication skills to present investment, finance, and tax planning solutions to clients.
- Advanced knowledge of the economic landscape and its impact on the firm and clients.
- Experience utilizing financial planning software.
- Expert at collaboration and willing to help others.
- Sales aptitude and experience preferred.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and growth‑mindset with a positive attitude.
- Strong core understanding of our investments and ISG, asset allocation and analysis for portfolio reviews.
- Comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings and training.
Business hours Monday through Friday. Occasionally expected to adjust the schedule to mirror that of the Senior Wealth Advisor to serve client needs.
Working ConditionsHybrid schedule with a combination of remote and office work in a professional office environment. Working inside. Standing and sitting.

Base Pay Range$97,750 – $115,000 USD
