Financial Solutions Advisor Trainee – Advisor Development Program

• Complete structured training and obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses
• Acquire, build, and manage client relationships
• Provide holistic financial advice and guidance by identifying product and service solutions
• Apply knowledge of investments and financial markets to individual client needs
• Align Merrill and Bank of America products and services with client needs
• Work with affluent and high net worth clients
• Identify client needs and develop relationships
• Review investment goals and prepare investment recommendations
• Provide comprehensive advice and deliver client reviews and presentations
• Recommend strategies to help clients achieve financial goals and life priorities
• Manage a portfolio of clients and provide exceptional client care
• Collaborate with core banking and investment partners
• Connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions
• Build a professional network with banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth clients
• Progress through defined training and development toward Merrill Financial Advisor and MFSA roles

• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications
• Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) within 60 days of hire
• Must obtain Series 7 and Series 66 within 120 days of hire;
  Series 63 and Series 65 accepted in lieu of Series 66
• SAFE Act registration, background check, and good standing required
• Must work first shift, 40 hours per week
