Flatirons Bank is seeking a results-driven Senior Relationship Manager to help grow our expanding Justice Banking Division
. This is a producer-focused role designed for an experienced commercial banker who thrives on business development, relationship building, and strategic client acquisition.
Approximately 75-80% of this role is dedicated to generating new business
, developing relationships with plaintiff law firms, and expanding market presence. Supported by specialized internal teams, you'll focus on prospecting, relationship strategy, and converting opportunities into long-term banking relationships.
- Acquire and expand relationships with plaintiff law firms.
- Develop new business through networking, referrals, conferences, and direct outreach.
- Deliver consultative banking solutions across deposits, treasury management, lending, and settlement-related services.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for Justice Banking clients.
- Represent Flatirons Bank within the legal community and at industry events.
- 7+ years of commercial banking, specialty banking, or relationship management experience.
- Proven success originating and growing commercial banking relationships.
- Strong knowledge of deposits, treasury management, commercial lending, and cash management solutions.
- Experience working with attorneys or law firms is highly preferred.
- Existing legal industry relationships and familiarity with IOLTA, QSF, or litigation finance are a plus.
- Must reside in Colorado.
- Remote flexibility with access to Boulder and Longmont offices.
- Regular travel required for client meetings, conferences, and business development activities.
- Significant incentive compensation opportunity tied to production and growth.
- Total annual cash compensation potential of $250,000-$275,000+ for top performers
